Short-notice questions, answered

How last-minute is too last-minute?
Ask anyway. Weekday elopements have come together in under a week; weekend full weddings are usually possible a few weeks out, especially off-season. The answer is always same-day, so you lose nothing by sending the date.
Do you charge more for short notice?
No. Standard collection pricing applies: photo from $1,500, photo + film from $2,700 for elopements and $4,900 for full days. The only rush fee that exists is optional faster delivery of your gallery ($400).
Our photographer cancelled. What do you need from us?
Your date, venue, timeline, and any shot list you already built. We slot into what exists rather than making you re-plan. When the date is open, we can step in on days of notice.
Can you do photo AND video on short notice?
Yes, that is the whole model. One team captures both, so a late booking never means coordinating two more vendors. Booking together also saves up to $3,000 versus separate crews.
How does payment work on a tight timeline?
Same as always: 33% retainer to lock the date, the balance split before the wedding. Contract and payment link arrive by email within hours of the yes.
Will the photos feel rushed?
The day gets the same preparation compressed, not skipped: a planning call, a light-first timeline, and location scouting. Delivery is identical, sneak peek in the first week, full hand-graded gallery and scored film in 6 to 8 weeks.
